Ian and Kuer were both great! Super friendly and got the job done fast. I am unsure whom I spoke with on the phone regarding arranging the helpers arrival time and details of the job, but he was not as friendly to deal with - verge of being rude discussing details of what they ‘will and will not do’ The guy in the phone said they wouldn’t take any items not in a box. IMO, this is a service we have hired the movers to do & under the time allotted & paid for, they are at the direction of whom hired them; to move any and all items that need to be moved and packed into the truck. Fortunately, the movers were much friendlier and provided the work needed; moving all items, such as boxes, tvs, loose items, bags, bicycles, etc. I appreciate their help. I recommend that the scheduler or dispatcher to pay more attention to customer service and provide a friendlier approach to others in the future.
