Late. Late late late. I had to help because only 1 guy showed for the truck load. I hired movers to not carry furniture and still had to do it. Second guy showed up for the unload. They were only 15 mins after I arrived with the u haul. A box labeled fragile, collectibles, Legos. Had my wife's computer tower crashed through it and multiple Legos need rebuilt and model jeep is is damaged may be fixable. May not. I paid over 150 for 2 movers for 3 hours and 1 guy for the majority and broken items. I don't feel I got any value for the money I spent. I literally had the whole apartment packed and ready in a single room for the load. All uniform boxes. I feel I went above preparing for this move to make it as easy as possible on the movers and they can't even show up on time or in full force. I would not recommend or rehire these guys for any kind of services.

I ordered two movers but only one showed. However, he was absolutely incredible and got the job done in less than the two hour time slot I scheduled. I am working on figuring out how to get a refund for the mover who didn’t arrive.

The guys were on time, incredibly quick, yet gentle with my things, were kind and I absolutely recommend OTM! I’ve never used movers before, and now I can’t imagine not. I had a great experience!

Ran a few hours behind due to a workers family emergency but they communicated in advance and still made sure to complete the job totally and within the allotted 2 hours. Packed efficiently and effectively! Would highly recommend their services!

Our movers were great! They loaded our truck quickly and efficiently. I did dock a star because no one reached out to me beforehand to confirm the reservation. I had to reach out the day before and they were able to fit me in. However, they were communicative the day of to let me know they were running late with another move. We were doing a long distance move and some of our furniture was dinged up by the time we reached our destination. This was caused by not properly protecting the furniture, rather than improper loading or placement in the truck. Just a reminder to protect your furniture appropriately, especially for long distance moves!

Very unprofessional throughout the entire process. Showed up about an hour and a half late, then one of the movers was complaining the whole time because of the length of the hallways and then left early due to needing to pick up children. I am usually very understanding of this, but I paid for services that were incomplete as they left before the job was done and it was not my fault they were late to my move to begin with. I ended up having to move all of the boxes and small items myself, both for loading and unloading. I never don’t tip, but this was egregious enough to not leave a tip as I paid for a service that was not completed.
