Like stout-hearted Hobbits, they arrived promptly, ready to carry our heaviest goods with ease. Their work was swift, and within minutes they knew the layout of our home as though guided by Elven wisdom. Their friendly spirits made the task light, engaging in tales of Middle-earth, distant galaxies, and books yet unread. Not only did they handle our belongings with the utmost care, but they also brought water to refresh us—small kindnesses that echoed through the day. It was their namesake that first drew me to them, and rightly so. For in their strength, laughter, and care, they truly embodied the spirit of There and Back Again, making our homecoming all the more joyous.

In terms of handling our items, nothing was broken or damaged, but dealing with this moving company was less than ideal. The owner got snarky when asked to use the furniture pads we had provided and wrap the couch with the wrap we had provided. When we addressed him about these items he commented that they were already doing more than what they normally do by having to take apart our bed, which is something I would consider a standard item for movers.

Polite, fast, careful with the items. Reassuring and helped with driving instructions since it wasn't that full of a truck! And was very understanding and patient even though we made them wait.

Had 2 movers come move me out of my 1 bedroom to a studio. One of them was very good and the other one seemed brand new and couldn’t really do much on his own without some supervision from the other one. Took over 3 hours to load and unload even with me helping the whole time and still didn’t finish unloading my u-haul. I did the rest myself because it honestly wasn’t worth it paying for another hour to move some of my lighter items.

Justin and Fransisco were great! They were a bit delayed due to traffic but they called ahead to give me a heads up and still got the job done in a record amount of time! I definitely recommend using them for your moving needs.
