Reliable Locators

I’ve used them before and had a good experience, but this time it wasn’t as good as I had hoped. I wish I were more assertive, but I’m not, so they were done 2 hours earlier than I had scheduled and I ended up having to move things on my own until 9pm. It’s partly on me for not getting a larger uhaul, the one I got last time wasn’t available, but I could have gotten one that was too big. Anyways, they weren’t able to fit everything and what was left behind was slightly bulky and or heavy. It was difficult to move by myself. A handful of items that I asked to be put upstairs were left in the garage or living room. They left the tv in the uhaul. It also seemed like one guy was doing more of the work. I felt bad about it so I started helping unload even though I was paying to have it done for me.

This crew was amazing! Communication was a little lacking on our start time, but outside of that everything was fantastic! We were not in a rush so it didn’t matter to us. Once they arrived, the team was incredibly professional and very careful with our belongings. They unloaded everything efficiently and did not waste any time at all! We will definitely remember this company if we need moving help again! Bruce & his guys were fantastic to work with and made a very stressful move a little more enjoyable.
