I ordered 2 movers for 4 hours. Scheduled start time was 930. First mover arrives at 945, and dawdles until his partner shows up, 30 mins later. It is now almost 1030 before I see my belongings being loaded into my truck. After a half hour, the second late mover asks to use the bathroom.. taking another 10 mins. He used my bathroom 3 times in ‘4 hours’ which was closer to 3 at this point. The process to load my belongings was far slower than I’ve seen in the past. The movers encouraged us to take two trips.. on a UHaul I paid for mileage on. We did because we were assured we would have time. We drop the first load.. pushing everything in my garage and go back for a half of a second load. They load up my truck, and at 130 tell me.. ‘well our times up.. would you like us to make arrangements to stay and unload or are you able to unload yourselves’ we ended up finishing the job ourselves. Total waste of my money and time. Dont even know the guys names who helped. Wish i booked elsewhere

Scheduled to load our truck but did a terrible pack job. Placed a heavy tv on a rocking chair. Didn’t wrap our expensive desk or dinning table that I had to go out and buy wrapping material for. Now we have to waste a day repacking the unit.
