I requested 3 movers for 4 hours at 10am. Two movers arrived at 1030am after I called to see where they were. I planned to help anyway to speed up the process. At 11am, one of the movers needed to leave because his girlfriend was apparently throwing his belongings out. So me and the one remaining mover had to continue the move. Around 1245, the guy returned but he was on his phone while moving things for part of it. Once it was all packed up, we headed to unload at the new location. The third mover finally showed up. Things started moving faster then. But during the unloading, they scratched the walls of my new apartment and scratched up my very nice dresser and credenza. They also moved my credenza up into my bedroom. So now I have to get help moving it back downstairs. Give credit to the one mover that was there the entire time. He even called his manager to get him to talk to me but they haven't returned my calls. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I deserve a refund.
