It definitely took a little longer then anticipated but but Quintin had exellent communication skills and was sure to let me know what was going on along the way. They made this Parr of the move seemless and I can not thank them enough! Hopefully we will be able to hire them back very soon when it is time to move my roommate in fully.

The two movers showed up at our apartment an hour early and were upset about it. Then they complained that the owner didn't tell them about our stairs or elevator being disabled. Repeatedly said throughout the three hours that they wouldn't have taken the job if they knew we had stairs (which made us feel really good). Half of the time the two gentlemen were on their phone complaining about the work to their boss or girlfriends. When we went to unload they spent a half an hour at a gas station 'getting gas' Then when all finished the owner called me and texted me repeatedly (to the point we had to ask him to stop or report harassment) about the time they took to complete the work (he must be confused about how time zones work). They stayed 20 minutes over the scheduled time (due to spending half an hour at the gas station). Then the two workers called and texted me over and over claiming to not have gotten paid, threatening to come back to my apartment until their boss paid them.

Quinton was very communicative and flexible with our start time. He sent a crew led by Michael, who was absolutely phenomenal. He was kind, courteous, worked with a sense of urgency, and was teaching his crew all the best practices. They finished a huge move in LESS THAN 2 hours.
