What a great experience!!! Before the 3 amazing movers delivered the U-Box to Public Storage to pack my furniture, artwork and a variety of boxes, I called U-Box several times with questions. Every person with whom I spoke was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with me!!! Great care, and attention to detail was taken to protect my treasures, as each was blanket-wrapped and gently loaded into the U-Box that is going to Austin, TX. I'm most thankful for the 3 amazing men who were able to finish the entire job in 45 minutes!!! In early November, the U-Box will be delivered, unloaded and moved into my daughter's home. The movers in Austin have already called me, before my shipment has left Denver. Once again, to date the entire shipping process has been unbelievably organized, and the communication at all levels is most appreciated!!! There's a lot that may be learned from the U-Haul and U-Box way of providing excellent service!!!!!! (Each of the 3 movers received a tip.)

The crew was polite, helpful, and incredibly careful and considerate with all my totes and larger items. Their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. They also unloaded all my items into whatever room or space I asked. Additionally, the majority of the items were placed in my living room but in a way that was considerate to the space and can allow me to unpack at my own pace. Thanks again to the crew!
