Total of 2 persons, 3hours each that’s 6 hours of help, can not finish loading a 20 foot truck. Only did half and left and I’m stuck with unfinished truck. Very frustrating.

Shawn showed up & he was great. But his helper bailed on him, so in order to get it done I helped out with staging and unloading. I'm very sore today & exhausted. It took almost 3 hours with this one man being an absolute champ to muscle through it. Shawn took great care to not bump into walls or doors while loading or unloading (which was esp great at the house I'm moving out of as everything was recently painted. He had a great attitude about it too. I tipped him what I intended to tip both guys. Very disappointed he was stuck doing it by himself & I felt compelled to haul things I was frankly to depleted to have been doing, but I can't just watch someone work so hard for 3 hrs late into the evening while I take it easy & possibly exceed my rental time limit on the truck and incur additional cost meanwhile. Glad for his help, overall disappointed I paid for 2 so I wouldn't have to haul & only one showed up. Not fair to him or me.

Half an hour after they were supposed to arrive no one showed up so I had to call them. They didnt seem to know they had a job booked a month and a half ago by me for that day and time. Half the workers showed up an hour later - the other half never showed up. I still got charged for all of them though. They did load by ubox but used literally one appliance blanket - a few things broke. Not a tetris master the way he packed it all in. Only one guy showed so I had to help him with my bed so he wouldnt drag it on the concrete and lawn. Emailed and called company - nothing. Very unprofessional. STILL waiting to hear back from uhaul about their terrible service and over-charging. Save yourself time and money - dont use these people OR uhaul - just hire a professional service with their own truck...you wont regret it.
