Half an hour after they were supposed to arrive no one showed up so I had to call them. They didnt seem to know they had a job booked a month and a half ago by me for that day and time. Half the workers showed up an hour later - the other half never showed up. I still got charged for all of them though. They did load by ubox but used literally one appliance blanket - a few things broke. Not a tetris master the way he packed it all in. Only one guy showed so I had to help him with my bed so he wouldnt drag it on the concrete and lawn. Emailed and called company - nothing. Very unprofessional. STILL waiting to hear back from uhaul about their terrible service and over-charging. Save yourself time and money - dont use these people OR uhaul - just hire a professional service with their own truck...you wont regret it.

Late. Late late late. I had to help because only 1 guy showed for the truck load. I hired movers to not carry furniture and still had to do it. Second guy showed up for the unload. They were only 15 mins after I arrived with the u haul. A box labeled fragile, collectibles, Legos. Had my wife's computer tower crashed through it and multiple Legos need rebuilt and model jeep is is damaged may be fixable. May not. I paid over 150 for 2 movers for 3 hours and 1 guy for the majority and broken items. I don't feel I got any value for the money I spent. I literally had the whole apartment packed and ready in a single room for the load. All uniform boxes. I feel I went above preparing for this move to make it as easy as possible on the movers and they can't even show up on time or in full force. I would not recommend or rehire these guys for any kind of services.

I ordered two movers but only one showed. However, he was absolutely incredible and got the job done in less than the two hour time slot I scheduled. I am working on figuring out how to get a refund for the mover who didn’t arrive.

The guys were on time, incredibly quick, yet gentle with my things, were kind and I absolutely recommend OTM! I’ve never used movers before, and now I can’t imagine not. I had a great experience!

Ran a few hours behind due to a workers family emergency but they communicated in advance and still made sure to complete the job totally and within the allotted 2 hours. Packed efficiently and effectively! Would highly recommend their services!
