The team arrived at 1220 for a scheduled time of 1130. Team did communicate tardiness and did great loading truck. Team left 15 min before us to get to drop off location, but arrived 30 - 40 after us. Team moved extremely slow and smelled of marijuana. I had asked team to assemble the bed frame, but since they were moving so slow, we did it ourselves. The time paid was for 5 hours, but the job could have been done in 2 with travel time and the extra time could have been used to assemble items as my family did most of the loading of the truck. They left just after 330 with an hour drive back. Their end time was 430, yet I paid for their services until 520. They were very polite and spoke very respectfully as a positive.

The company has the wrong time and didn’t call me back when I tried to contact them. The actual movers that did the work were very good. Very polite and respectful. Moved my stuff professionally and quickly. Hope they find a company to work for that’s as good as they are.
