We paid for 2 guys for 2 hours. They overbooked so instead sent us 4 guys for about 50 minutes which equaled about 30 minutes of actual work. Lots of standing around on phones. Ripped our mattress. Tried to charge us an extra $100 to move out pull out couch and ended up not moving it at all.
