I have never experienced so much damage during a move. About the only piece that wasn’t damaged was a grandfather clock that I insisted be loaded per the markings on the original box. I have ratchet strap gouges a several of my antique pieces and other major wood and metal damage. I will be filing a claim and would not recommend them to anyone. They kept bragging about 20 years in the business and you would think they could load to avoid damage after 20 years.
