Team was pleasant to work with and nice people, but packing job was lackluster for what I told them was a cross-country move. Communication on the day of and leading up to the job date was non-existent, the supervisor never called me to schedule within Moving Help's window and I had to call in. He also pretty much demanded a tip in a certain amount from me over the phone, which made the whole interaction awkward and forced. I was going to tip anyways, but his forcefulness for that made me uncomfortable.
