It was a very hot day and I was the last job for them. I could tell they were tired and hot. Considering that, they did decently. I think it might have been better to ask me if we could reschedule for tomorrow, as they could have cooled off and been able to do more.

Overall this company was okay. I booked them through UHaul for a set price. I would not choose to use this company again for several reasons. 1 Additional charge for location that was added after the fact. There was no mention of this fee at the time of booking and I was not informed until the day before. 2 Lack of communication when they were going to be three hours late. By the time they showed up, I had the job over 50 percent completed. This resulted in it taking them half the time of what I booked and paid for. 3 They did not respect my wishes on how I wanted the truck loaded. I requested certain items and furniture get loaded first due to concerns that it would not all fit. 4 Lack of professionalism. Inappropriate commentary on my chosen tip.
