Overall good experience. Able to adjust time of arrival when we were delayed which I appreciated. Most of the team was great, however one of the unloaders was quite rough with boxes including those marked fragile. I was pressured to tip with cash rather than through the app, (the unloaders said they didn't get the tips when sent via the app) which made me uncomfortable.
