I mentioned a few times to use 2 people for some of the pieces of furniture but instead they just lifted it with 1 person which got it into the house but since they didnt keep the piece upright the contents rolled around and got banged up. I had a dresser with wheels they were rolling off the truck and they completely scraped the bottom of it and pulled up the side of the wood when the edge caught the ramp. They got the job done in the time alloted but were a little rough with the items
