I did not get any service but paid a lot. Two persons came as scheduled, moved few things and boxes into the U-haul truck but said they cannot disassemble a sectional, a king bed and a dinner table. They spoke over phone with the service provider company secretary. The secretary said they cannot do the job so I should tip them for whatever they did. I paid $40. Secretary said she is sending new people and took $319.92 on the top of earlier $239.94. During conversation with the secretary I realized these new people will not have enough tools to do the job and I have to go with them to buy tools. So I cancelled this request for new people but still no money is refunded. I paid $559.86 for no service and paid $40 for moving a few things inside the U-haul truck. Please refund $559.86.
