The team, led by Berto, were absolute professionals. They expertly handled my heavy wood furniture pieces (solid oak dining table, antique dresser, etc.) without a single scratch! Their care and attention to detail were impressive, and their efficiency was remarkable. What struck me most was their willingness to go above and beyond. They alleviated my stress and anxiety, answering all my questions and accommodating my last-minute requests. Their pricing was very fair, with no hidden fees nor surprises. Berto and Omar went above and beyond for our move. They were incredibly fast, efficient and careful with our items - even able to complete two 26' truckloads when we were originally planning for one with time to spare. On top of that, extremely accommodating with helping to move heavier appliances. Highly recommend!

The movers were very responsive when I called ahead of time and showed up early. When my apartment freight elevator was broken, they were able to use the regular elevator and were very patient while I was frazzled about things going wrong. They ended up finishing 30 minutes early unloading too! Overall there were a few items that got scuffed in the move (probably from the truck) but nothing major. Overall it was a good experience.
