Hiring this help was the best thing I could have done. They came in, assessed everything, and moved everything quickly and efficiently. Not only did they move the stuff out of the apartment, they also packed the truck very nicely. My son and I just watched and next thing we knew the truck was packed. My back was in great shape. Pretty unimpressed with the customer service + moving help provided. Ignored my two emails weeks (weeks in advance) asking to confirm their services. The week of my move, I still didn't have a response, so I tried texting instead. Less than an hour later, they called me scolding me for texting, instead of calling, as if it was unreasonable to want confirmation in writing. When moving day came around, they arrived on time, but had an attitude (many small instances, like when I thanked the guy for bringing a dolly since mine fell through with uhaul, and he said sarcastically 'it's almost as if I'm a professional'). More importantly though, they did a subpar job of loading the truck (for ex. they placed the tv screen-side down on an uneven, unstable surface). After they left, we had to spend almost 2 hours trying to put things in more secure spots as best we could.
