I was moving to a new city so I spoke with the manager ahead of time to arrange an evening unloading time as it was the soonest I could get to my new place in my new city. The staff member scheduled the day of my move finished his afternoon move early and did not feel like waiting for my evening time slot so he cancelled on me. The result was I had to sleep in an empty apartment as all my belongings were tightly packed in the moving van and the moving van with everything valuable I owned had to sit in a parking lot overnight. Lastly, two different staff members and myself were forced to get up at 5am the next morning to unload my truck before it was due back at the rental place. If you arrange a specific unloading time with a customer you shouldn’t cancel on them because an employee doesn’t feel like waiting to provide the promised service.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. First off I have moved 15+ times and have never had anyone take longer then I booked for. They broke multiple items including my bed because of negligence. I was overcharged because they took an hour over the time I booked moving ridiculously slow and were not efficient. They lifted everything upside-down and did not stack anything in any type of order in the apartment leaving it a mess and hard to move around. They took multiple smoke breaks and when addressing this issues with the owner, I was told this team never got a bad review and it was because of the rain. I was not compensated for my broken items and I would not recommend this company very unprofessional all around.

They were amazing! They were so nice, helpful & professional. I really appreciated that they worked with me on the time of delivery. And I was amazed at how they fit everything in the box. I couldn’t be happier with their service and I’d give them 10 stars if I could!!!
