Our crew did an amazing job!! Ben, Mimi and Lamont were honestly incredible. We had to load a 26’ UHaul from the 2nd and 3rd floors with lots of heavy furniture and boxes, and they absolutely crushed it. They were very professional and friendly and made what could have been a very stressful day so easy. We were impressed. Highly recommend!

They showed up 3 hours after the originally agreed upon time. There was some communication but it wasn't great. I had no idea when they would arrive until they finally did. Didn't do a very good job loading the truck and various expensive items got damaged. Needed to be told numerous times to wrap furniture and still required micromanaging to ensure it happened. Overall, not a great experience and I wouldn't use them again.
