In addition, U-Haul -U-Box scheduler Burke was most professional and helpful when I had to reschedule on very short notice from a long distance to cross-town move and wanted to maintain my original service provider for same reason- patience from the beginning of process.

We initially had a hard time getting in contact with Cherry Wood staff. I called the local uhaul office and they were able to connect us. Once we began communicating, Craig kept us informed as the process continued. He and his crew did great work and our Ubox unloading was a quick and smooth process!
