Craig called shortly after I booked and he made me feel that he understands what a big stressful job packing is. He and his partner Ed arrived on time, asked to see everything, and got to work. I appreciate the diligence, care and respect they showed me and my belongings, especially the extra attention and protection they gave to my fragile items. In addition, U-Haul -U-Box scheduler Burke was most professional and helpful when I had to reschedule on very short notice from a long distance to cross-town move and wanted to maintain my original service provider for same reason- patience from the beginning of process.

We initially had a hard time getting in contact with Cherry Wood staff. I called the local uhaul office and they were able to connect us. Once we began communicating, Craig kept us informed as the process continued. He and his crew did great work and our Ubox unloading was a quick and smooth process!
