Not a great experience, honestly. We originally booked 2 movers for 4 hours to load a 20 foot truck. They dragged their feet the whole time, barely getting it LOADED in the 4 hours. Even the owner was surprised we were still loading. As a result of this, we had to extend our booking for 2 extra hours, costing us another couple hundred dollars. But it doesn't end there! We were told that two DIFFERENT movers will meet us at the new house. Well, ONE of them showed up 2 hours late. He said the company called him from a craigslist ad. The second random person showed up after another hour. We wasted and lost 3 hours at this point. These two movers unloaded the truck finally. I would not use this company again.

Your employees are very important to your success. They were exceptional in courtesy and hard working. My only complaint is the incorrect address listed in my account. It was not in New Milford, CT....That being said, it was not the fault of the hard working people who completed my move with professionalism. Thank you.
