Ryan wouldn't listen to me and resented interaction. He told me at the start, I just want to start and get out of here in two hours. I told him to protect some sensitive expensive pieces of furniture. He refused the padding I had. I know what I'm doing, he insisted in a very disrespectful way. Two pieces of furniture WERE damaged as a result. When I INSISTED he use padding, he finally did and finished the last half of job asking for more and more padding. He acted as if he did not what to be here and would not work more than two hours. When he had only about ten minutes left he pointed out to me out that would be it. I asked him him to stay longer to finish the job. He said it would cost $129 for both of them for another hour. I said we only would need about 10-20 minutes. I told Ryan I would have others finish the job. The other worker was very good but I'll never hire this company again! Ryan was scary. I'm glad they left. I'll send the bill.
