Henry was very responsive (he called within minutes of my booking the job) and communicated well throughout the booking. However, the team encountered complications with the move booked before ours, and were over an hour late (which was communicated to me), so we moved many things on our own. The movers ended up only moving the larger pieces, which took about 20 minutes of the two hours that we had paid for. An unfortunate experience for us, but the communication was a big plus.
