The owner was very helpful, communicative, and friendly. He set clear expectations for the timing on the day of the job, and the movers ended up arriving right on time. The movers did a great job loading my things from my storage unit into my truck, and I appreciate that they did so on a hot day. That said, they could have done a more thorough and careful job of loading in three ways (1) be more helpful with setting dirty items aside so I could clean them, as I had requested, (2) better assess the full load of items before putting things onto the truck, and (3) using the furniture blankets to protect items, since some things got nicked during my drive. The job was a relatively simple one, and the crew finished in an hour and fifteen minutes, which is why I think they could have taken some more time and care with these steps. All in all, the owner was great to work with, and the crew got the job done efficiently.
