Ivan and Mike were incredibly professional from booking to job completion. They did an excellent job wrapping pieces of furniture as they loaded them into my U-boxes. My only complaint is that they could have paid closer attention to how and what they were stacking on top of each other. When my U-boxes arrived at my new home, a small shelf had collapsed and shattered due to heavy boxes on top. Additionally a box containing picture frames (labeled fragile on all sides) was also severely crushed. Fortunately no pictures were damaged.

Ivan and his team were amazing! There were a couple complications caused by Uhaul overbooking trucks, but Ivan problem-solved through everything that was thrown at him with skill, thoughtfulness and grace. Fantastic!

Ivan and Mike were so wonderful during our moving process. Right from the initial booking, there was clear communication and that continued throughout the entire process. The movers were on time and began work immediately. Both men were quick, thorough, polite and helpful. They were careful with our items & boxes and communication was very good. The unloading schedule was moved back by two days by Uhaul not the movers & they still were able to adjust and provide service.
