The guys very good communicating they were going to be late. Hired for 3 hrs of svc recieved 1hr 10 min of labor. Requested refund of additional time that I pay for and received nothing back. The job time was not a tip neither! Submit complaint told have to take legal action.

They were 6 hours late after saying they would only be a few hours late. They kept changing the time. VERY inconvenient! If you can't make the time requested, just say so!! In the first place and let people find some other place! Things ended up missing and can't be found even after unpacking everything! Also didn't finish the job and still had to pay for being around longer?? How about giving a discount for being late in the first place!! Very unprofessional and will never recommend or use again!!
