I used Immaculate movers the summer of 2022. At that time, an older more experienced gentleman was available very helpful. Very professional did everything and perfect packing. This time I contacted the same company and it was not a great experience for me. There were three young guys teenagers that came, and they all wanted to work out of the same room. I separated and have one to work with me. They were all very respectful, but the quality of work was not the same. I had to supervise them and make sure they were packing correctly using bubble wrap, and the supplies that was available. It was not good so personally, I will not use them again. They were not professional packers. The owner asked me over the phone-how did they do? I was not going to give them that information because the boys were standing right there. They were not on time an hour late. The owner did call and told me they were going to be late. Not good enough when I’m paying you $200 for two hours of packing

Unfortunately, we had some concerns with the move overall. Crew was 45 minutes late due to stopping for food. They were not the quickest and needed lots of direction. At a certain point, 3 of them were sitting down while the other 2 were putting together furniture. Not the best experience.

Cleaning up after a move is always challenging but the young lady Tia has the talent and work hard to get the job done. I would use her again and again.
