Starting off all were extremely friendly and had very pleasant conversations getting everything scheduled. They give you a window time frame rather than a scheduled time. I scheduled mine for the movers to arrive between 8-10 am for a three hour move. Unfortunately, the movers had a job before mine that did not go as planned so they were running late. Roman called me to explain the situation, which I really appreciated, however it was close to 10am. I wish I had gotten a call from someone as soon as they realized they would not make it by ten am. I could have used my time better than waiting around. So they ultimately didn't get there until eleven so what I had hoped to be a morning to afternoon move turned into an all day move. The two men who came over were very pleasant however and did a great job at being careful. I have a pullout couch that was really the main thing I needed help with and they lifted it like pros! It was a very hot Florida day so their help was much appreciated.

The guys were amazing. Rain or shine, they helped us move from the 3rd floor with amazing customer service. They handled our items with care. I love ensuring the staff had water, snacks, and a cash tip. Id reccommend them to anyone. Id book them again.

J and CJ did a great job of communicating and making sure our household goods were taken care. The dedication of getting the job completed during down pours of rain coming from TS Debby, these two young individuals were determined to meet our deadline. Ms Brown did a great job communicating from start to finish of what to expect with the job, and Mr Roman called to make sure we were satisfied customers as well. Thank you all for providing EXCELLENT customer service and putting us at ease because we all know moves are stressful!
