I recently had the misfortune of hiring this moving company, and I must say, it was an absolute disaster. In my opinion, this was one of the worst moving experiences I’ve ever had. Firstly, the movers showed up late, which immediately set a negative tone for the day. Once they finally arrived, they took twice as long as the company we used for our previous move, dragging out the process unnecessarily. It was clear they were more interested in hanging out on their phones than actually getting the job done efficiently. The worst part, however, was the damage they caused. They left large scratches and marks on our apartment’s lobby floors, which were in perfect condition before they arrived. This kind of carelessness is simply unacceptable. Overall, I do not recommend this moving company to anyone. Their lack of professionalism, inefficiency, and blatant disregard for our apartments property made this a truly awful experience.
