My appointment was scheduled for 330. The team that was assigned to me thought they were moving me in the morning so I had to tell them the correct time. When I confirmed our start time later in the day the team informed me that they took another job and wouldn’t be there until 430. Ok, I can be flexible even though I have a 26’ U-Haul that I just drove from 3 hours away. At 430 he advised that they just finished the other job and were still an hour away and asked if I still wanted them to come. YES I still want you to come! I had a two location appointment (home and storage unit). The items weren’t secured properly on the trip to the storage unit and irreplaceable family heirlooms were broken. I was devastated. He was nice but it made for an already stressful day much harder. I hire movers to make it less stressful and that wasn’t the case here.

I want to be very clear, I RARELY do ratings. These guys were not only professional, they went above and beyond. When they saw some of our boxes and items were not wrapped correctly, BOOM they retaped, wrapped, and protected our furniture. That is not expected, but so appreciated beyond words. This was my daughter's condo. That meant the word to me and my family. This company is locally owned and operated and I HIGHLY recommend giving them your business. Bonus they had roots in my home state of Maryland!

This is the first time I’ve had help moving and let me tell you these guys made the stress of moving simply vanish. The guys showed up on time and professionally, they asked what needed to be moved and got straight to it. Even my furniture with some wear and tear was neatly wrapped up with care. They packed our trailer in a very organized fashion allowing everything to fit in one trip. The guys met us at our new apartment ready to unload the trailer. I couldn’t say more about how helpful they were with this move. I would definitely recommend using their services and if you get anxiety from moving they’re definitely the ones to help.

2 movers were scheduled to move for me at 3 o’clock, however didn’t show up until well after 5 PM without any notice, putting us in evening traffic while driving to the unload destination. The Movers argued with each other in front of me on how to load truck. One mover disappeared several times which increased the workload for myself and the other mover. This also caused us to go over the 2 hour limit and the mover expected me to pay For additional time. The movers broke my glass mirror also. Overall not a pleasant experience.

Movers were great, efficient with time, took care of our belongings, wrapped up stuff that needed more, and made sure our trailer was packed and tied down so nothing moved around. Only thing I didn’t like was he told us not to bring our own dolly and charged us for them to use theirs.

We never received a phone confirmation, had to call them, and then they were about 20 minutes late. From the moment they arrived, they were looking at their watches and wanting to leave.Both of the movers were also laced common courtesy.
