I hired them for 3 hours and they watched me try to hold a ramp against the truck wall for 20 minutes and did nothing to help me. The ramp weighed around 90lbs! After 2 hours they left, because they didn't want to help me put some items in a few boxes. Worst of all they charged me for 3 hours! Raphael was rude, he didn't want me to tell him what to do. AFTER ALL I'M THE ONE PAYING! Jeez, I don't know what to say, OH YEA, I was charged TWICE for a total of 2 hours! He then told me to call his cell phone directly next time. Problem is, calling him directly costs more! Glad I moved out of the house so his team doesn't do anything to get back at me. Cause I've notice people get very angry when they are in the wrong, defensive as hell. I'm waiting to get some free time to call Moving Help!
