Express Moving Service

With the help of Express Moving Service I was able to get all my belongings in my storage unit in Florida loaded into two Ubox containers to be transported to me in Ohio. They were able to get everything done on their own despite me being all the way across the country. With their service and Uhaul's Uboxes, I was able to save the cost of airfare, hotel, and car rental since I was able stay home in Ohio and let them do all the work. I was initially rather worried about trying to arrange all of this without being present at the storage unit (or even in the same state), but both Uhual and Express Moving Service made the process very smooth and easy. Their communication was excellent and mostly through text messaging, which is very convenient. They provided me with updates during the job and sent me pictures of both loaded Uboxes and the empty storage unit upon completion. On top of doing a great job, Express also had the lowest price available for the service. I highly recommend them!

I was very disappointed with the service provided by the movers hired through U-Haul. I hired them to assist with relocating my household belongings as my lease was ending the next day. Unfortunately, the movers did not show up on the scheduled day causing significant inconvenience and disruption to my plans and forcing me to bear the additional cost of keeping the truck for an extra day. Despite the inconvenience, I agreed to a rescheduled date. However, the following day, not only did the movers arrive late, but I was also dismayed to find that the movers displayed a lack of care and professionalism, resulting in damage to several pieces of my furniture. This negligence has caused me undue stress and financial loss, as the damaged items now require repair or replacement. What’s more, there was a total lack of communication about the damage, leaving me deeply dissatisfied with the level of service provided.The entire experience has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable

Original movers canceled last minute. These guys picked up the phone immediately and took our job during our timing bond. Not only were they fast and professional they even finished in pooring rain. Don’t hesitate to go with this company for your moving needs.
