This was our second time using this company. And they are the best. I had to reschedule several times because of Hurricane Milton and they worked with me. When we ran out of room in the first truck they worked with me while i got a second truck. JR KNOWS how to pack a truck. It was not their fault as it was me as I had too much stuff. But damn that man can pack a truck. He can visualize what you have and put that puzzle together. YOU must hire them.

This was load day for our quick turnaround move that was complicated by Milton. Hurricane winds and torrential rain came to the area that morning and Andrea and Adrian braved the elements hustling for us. They knew we were on a tight schedule to get out of the house for the new owners and they were doing their best to keep our household goods from getting soaked. They walked up and down that slippery ramp pushing and pulling large appliances and heavy furniture. For such a nightmarish experience, they did a great job. Thanks, guys!

Unload day after the hurricane. Andre&Jeremy came mid afternoon due to other jobs. Okay. Owner already unloaded boxes from rear of truck making removal of large heavy items easy so truck could be returned on time. Very few items had shifted. In haste to remove some smaller boxes, Jeremy pulled out some items which caused our 70 inch flat screen tv (boxed in approved UHaul padded box) to go top-front first onto the truck floor. Jeremy picked it up and remarked the box was dented but everything was okay without inspecting the contents. Wife observed entire episode while husband observed remarks. Tv was brought into the house and set in the living room . This was on 10-11. We opened the box on 10-14 in same spot and plugged in. Huge crack from top right to bottom left with chips on top frame matching dent on box. We had not unpacked awaiting Dish install on 10-15. Damage adjustment requested. Pics or inspect available.
