They scratched and gouged my doorframe so bad and have offered no compensation. Only one mover showed up and ended up having to call another mover because there was no way they could get our couches in the house with just one person. I had to complain about the situation until they finally called another mover.

He was very hard worker especially because he did all the moving without a helper. Very friendly. There was miscommunication of what would be done. I had a washer and dryer that needed to be exchanged but was told he wasn't allowed to do that.

Our mover, Don, was short handed & we really doubted that he alone could load our UBox. We could not have been more wrong. He arrived at noon, was finished by one, & packed all we had boxed AND even some additional items we didn’t think would fit. What a great job!!! We are elated by Don’s ability, customer service & professionalism! We tipped Don $100 before he left, worth every penny!

These folks did more work with 2 people than I would have expected. They unloaded 5 Uhaul boxes in 7 hours including 3 trips to the Northport Yard and several rain delays....
