There was a communication barrier with me and the actual movers. With that being said one of the pieces of my three piece sectional sofa backs was not put on. I did not realize this until they had left so I took care of it myself.

Movers left after 15 minutes without completing the job as they were damaging expensive items. They forced 72 year old lady to give code. They need to give refund for not doing the job and causing me to hire another company to do it
