They showed up half hour late. They did a poor job of packing the truck, wasting a lot of space. This cost me making a 2nd trip with the truck which cost me more time, miles and gas. I provided blankets to protect furniture but they were very careless with the furniture. Stacking pieces on top of each other without protection in between. When I brought all of this to the attention of the coordinator for Zoo Helpers he only stated that he was out of the country and usually they do a better job than that. There was no offer to reimburse me for the half hour they showed up late & got paid or the extra I had to pay for a 2nd trip with the truck. He did ask me to leave a 5 star review though. Lol
