This was the worst moving team we have had. One star because they were friendly and arrived on time. Everything else was a disaster. I regret hiring this team. They moved so slowly - I would make two trips and find them still standing there. Then, one of them left for 25 minutes & when he returned I asked where he had gone and he said he went to get gas. This was so unprofessional. Job abandonment and expecting the customer to pay while you’re not working. When I called their supervisor, she saw no problem with this and said they told her the truck was full so the job was finished. The truck was NOT FULL. There was 2-3 feet available below the ceiling, plus the passenger side had not been loaded with anything. In the end, because the job was so poorly done, they left behind 3 important items. Many other things went wrong after this but the big ones are damaged items and they left after unloading only half of the truck. They said they had another job. Horrible service.
