They did not call within the 24 hours stated when booking. I called them 48 hours before I needed them to confirm they were still coming. I requested them at 8am and they said the earliest they could come was 9am. They texted and said there would be a delay until 11am. At 1115am I called and they said they were 22 minutes away. They arrived at 1140 to start the job. Once they arrived, they quickly loaded everything. The actual load-unloading was great, communication and inconvenience were the reason for 3 stars.
