Jacob was late one hour and twenty minutes, only worked one hour and 40 minutes for two hour job because team was late and condo mgmt. required me to stop at noon. Jacob did not arrive until 1020am. Jacob asked and requested a TIP for handling two mattresses your team only had to handle 11 items out of the 25 which I had already moved to truck because he was late! My tip for Jacob is BE ON TIME! and DO YOUR JOB! and the tips will come automatically. On the other hand Jorge was professional and courteous. Thank you Jorge. By the way once Jacob realized he wasn’t getting a tip he was very unprofessional and rude maybe rethink this person to represent you.
