Luis did a great job. He was thoughtful and sincere. He provided tips to make the move go faster. Unfortunately he was by himself. So I had to move a lot of heavy items with him. I am racking this up to a communication issue. His boss was unreachable as he had lost his cellphone. Overall I was satisfied with Luis’ service.

I normally don’t leave reviews for things and try my best to give people the benefit of the doubt, but being told by the company to not leave any reviews if it isn’t 5 stars led me here. After multiple times telling the guys to pls put the heavy items and furniture in the front of the Uhaul they still did not listen and stacked things not configured which led a perfectly amount of space to go to waste. This also cause an avalanche of disaster throughout the whole drive. Multiple items ended up broken including my 65inflat screen tv. I also ended up paying for over 6 hours when originally I booked for 2 because Uhaul said that was the recommended time for my size apt, meanwhile the helpers that unloaded my Uhaul got it done in under 1 half hours. I’m very dissatisfied and wish I had better options to secure my Uhaul. I would not recommend, they did not know how to pack up a truck and ruined majority of my items. It bothers me that after all that they were more concerned with 5 stars
