Jeremi and Javiar were absolutely fantastic! I could not have had betters movers! They were on time, very friendly, and very careful with my furniture. I have used service multiple times and this was the absolute worst. 2 young men were sent with no experience to move a 3 bd 2 story house they laid my fridge on it side which means it probably won't work any longer and broke the electrical cord to it. They slide boxes across the wood floors and down the stairs. Damaged the property throughout the house They had no clue how to load the truck They didn't even know that the truck had a ramp until I pointed it out to them One of them had on Birkenstock slippers I was told they would start at noon.I called at 2 because no one showed and they arrived at 5 I paid for 3 hours and they told me they were only scheduled for 2 hours I called about 10 times and text multiple times before someone called back to address the concerns and was informed they told me they had experience I requested that someone come to assist them with experience which never happened. I sent multiple pictures of damage one sat in car for an hour while I worked

Highly recommend. The young men that helped my family were professional and polite. They were finished before the allotted time. And even helped me clean up the truck. Highly recommend.

They were 30 minutes late. They smelled very strongly of marijuana and were a bit slow at first. They were slow to leave to secure area which also put me behind schedule in addition to being late.

Only thing I didn’t like is that they charged me extra hour for having to move items up 1 flight of stairs day before move. Movers were efficient and very nice.
