The two person helping me with the move were great. I didn’t have the best experience with the person from the front office though. She sounded a bit rude when my wife took 2 minutes, literally, to open the door. She was doubting a was telling the truth. Incredible. And, due to a problem with U-Haul messing up with the truck, which was not available as planned, and no notification was sent to me at all. I had to pick up the truck in a store which was much more further away. This caused a delay in the time I arrived with the truck and the crew could start loading it. Unfortunately they couldn’t stay longer as they had another move scheduled. So they told me they were looking for another crew to help me and that They were going to let me know when I could expect them to arrive. I had to start unloading the truck on my own, and sent a text two hours later saying that I don’t want anybody to come, just to hear they they found a team. After two hours!! Without setting expectations at all.

Extraordinary Work!!!! Andres and his crew Ricky, Pablo and Juan were Incredible. They were polite, kind, professional, efficient, proficient and they were Fast! Fast Moving was an absolute God send. I mean this team was Synchronized, I've never seen anything quite like it! We were so shocked by how proficient and quick they were able to get our trucks loaded. We were under such a major crunch to get moved out of our 21 by 33 ft storage unit, it was last minute. The Fast Moving Crew exceeded our expectations, They made our move seamless, hands down the Best moving Experience we have ever had. I Highly recommend Fast Moving, they are in a word.... Amazing!! They were super fast and friendly. The only thing about it was they were rushing so much that they scuffed up my bed frame on the wall and also damaged the wall with the frame. I had to patch some drywall, just unfortunate as the one guy was having a hard time with the bed.

I had a fantastic experience with Fast moving. They were on time, and extremely communicative throughout the entire process (both in the office and on-site). They are also extremely fast and efficient. It only took them 20-30 minutes to move my items! I would highly recommend them and look forward to using them in the near future the next time I move.
