Overall a decent experience. I asked for certain boxes to be brought in the house, others to be put in the garage. They didn't comply so I attempted to be specific with them again. They still didn't comply so I finally gave up and let them bring everything in the house (I do feel that there may have been a language barrier so I didn't push the issue). They needed an extra hour to unload the truck so I went on the UHaul app and added an hour. When it came time to finalize everything, Juan asked me how I wanted to take care of paying for the extra hour. I told him I already had by adding an hour on the app. He said I shouldn't have done that because they don't work for UHaul (of which I was already aware but they were hired through UHaul). He then stated that they charge $100 per extra hour (my contracted price was $80 per hour). This seemed very suspicious to me and I told him that the extra hour was already paid for in full. Juan accepted that and then they left.
