They were very kind and had great communication about expectations. I do feel as though they took a while to visualize how things would fit and weren’t too confident about the order of operations to take things out of the house or pack the car. Also they were thirty min late and stopped on the way to the second destination to get a drink. This is something I’d expect from my friends but if I’m paying to have people help me move then either I expect them to bring their own drinks or I’ll give them waters. But it’s not a huge deal. Otherwise we got everything I needed to get done so it was a positive experience. Plus they were very sweet to my dog and my parents enjoyed their company.

These were two of the worst movers I’ve ever experienced. They broke a bedroom dresser and blamed it on how the truck was packed. However, stated how well the truck was packed prior to unpacking it. They scraped the wall so bad I’ll have to have it repaired. One of them smelled like marijuana. The guys that packed the truck would run circles around these guys. I don’t see how they are in business. I would not hire these two even if they offered their services for free.
