I DO NOT recommend this service. From start to finish they were completely unprofessional. Greg calls me to reschedule because they are understaffed. I tell him that my sister has passed away and we can’t alter dates. He pushed back and I doubled down saying I need the service that I am paying for. Then he arrives late. He then calls me to say that he needs to charge me for an additional hour which wasn’t explained to me at the time of booking. He then says I can just zelle him the money. I told him no and he can have U-Haul invoice me if that is the case. My sisters friend even tipped him and his partner 40$ total. Despite that I feel like he still tried to get more money out of me because I have yet to receive an invoice from UHaul about this additional hour fee. By the way, he wasn’t there an additional hour. He was on site for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Shady business, I do not recommend these people at all.

The movers communicated well with be about my move and when to expect them.They came promptly and was done less than 3 hours. They took good care of my items.They packed my U-Boxes to the max and made sure that all of my important items were loaded.They were very kind.They were fast and awesome! I would book with them again in a heart beat! So, get with this moving company guys.You will not regret it.
