Job was very rushed and when our U-box arrived there was alot of damage due to careless loading of the U-Box. Almost every box inside was crushed. Had to file insurance claim. During the load if we tried to voice concern over how it was being loaded we were just told they have alot of experience, but judging form the condition upon arrival not so sure how extensive or quality that experience really is. Communication day of was ok, but prior to the day not so much. Probably because the people actually doing the moving also have to take calls, which isn't ideal. Overall unfortunately I cannot recommend this provider.

This company gets one star for not packing my items correctly. They Ripped my love seat and couch, ripped my custom computer chair, put a huge hole in one of my dresser's, damaged the front of another dresser, my $1,000 dryer damaged the front, damaged one of my bookshelves, damaged the top of one of my other dresser. So, of the 5 dressers I own, 3 have damage. Very disappointed. What is even worse I expected the best, so I did noy baby sit them. one star for communication as I called and texted the owner to no avail.
